As Vice President of Creative Services for Positive Alternative Radio, Jerry oversees a creative team that produces video, audio and visual content for on-air, websites and social media in order to inspire people to live passionately for Jesus Christ.
With three decades of experience in media management, marketing, development, and leadership, prior to joining the PAR Team in 2016, Jerry served as a consultant with Dallas-based Advocace, serving more than 100 clients nationwide. His expertise stretches far and wide ranging from pastor to donor development positions at WAY Media Group and the University of South Carolina School of Law. In his nonprofit leadership, he served as Executive Director of South Carolina Friends of Juvenile Justice, a nonprofit he helped start and now serves on the board of directors.
Aside from nonprofit work, Jerry also has much experience in the TV and radio arena, including the General Manager position for 89.7 WMHK. WMHK was named “Station of the Year” during his
tenure and holds a National Association of Broadcasters Marconi Award.
Jerry enjoys writing, public speaking and ministry and holds the M.A. degree in Leadership from Columbia International University. Hobbies include collecting 1970s music, cooking, travel, hiking and photography. Jerry and his high-school sweetheart, Lisa, have been married since 1981 and have four grown children and one grandson.
Mike is a Senior Manager in the audit and assurance practice of Moore Beauston Woodham’s West Columbia, SC office. Mike specializes in external audits for clients in a variety of industries. He is also trained in Forensic Accounting and focuses on designing internal controls, investigating fraud and providing assistance with other litigation matters. Mike has over fifteen years in public accounting and sixteen years in the private sector. Mike’s experience includes providing professional services to
clients in a wide array of industries including construction, health care, distribution, hospitality, manufacturing and non-profit organizations. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Management.
Mike currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Columbia Chapter of the Institute of Management Accountants. He also serves as Treasurer of the Board of Directors of Act Metro. Mike and his wife Tara and two sons attend Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Chapin, South Carolina. Mike recently served on the Board of Directors and is currently a member of the South Carolina Association of
Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
